BLACK WORLD provide Exchange service only . When if product delivered DAMAGE , WRONG or SIZE ISSUE FROM side of BLACK WORLD .

RETURN POLICY

1. What is the Return Period?
If you want to return any item, please do so within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note, that the return option won't be available after the 7th day.

2. How can I initiate a Return?
As mentioned, your return period will start from the delivery date. Also, you may return multiple items in a single return request raised. No issue with that!
To initiate the return, you need to log into your account - go to order history - click to 'return' button next to the eligible items.

3. What are the conditions for return/return eligibility?
Returns will be only accepted if the items are:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
Also, ensure the items have the original tags and packaging intact.

4. Do I need to pay any return fee amount?
A nominal fee of Rs. 99 is to be paid as a refund amount.

5. How will I get my refund?
After we receive your returned items, we will inspect and process your refund. The refund will get credited to your original payment method.
